Annie & James are our family dogs,calm,gentle,and raised right here at home,Annie is our soft natured F1 Cavapoo with the sweetest temperament,and James is our confident, affectionate poodle boy who adores everyone he meets.
Every puppy starts with them-their genetics, their personalities and the love they live in every day. Alice, April,Teddy,Muffin,and Bobby, are raised with the same calm, loving, ethical approach,every one of them is family,and family always comes first.
HEALTH TESTING AND ETHICS
Annie & James both come from generations of health tested,hereditory-clear lineage. We continue that standard by testing all our dogs through LABOKLIN using their Cavapoo package, and James is also Kennel Club registered.
We only breed dogs who meet our health standards,every family receives full paperwork and certified test results in their puppy pack.WE ARE GOOD AT WHAT WE DO-YOU ARE SAFE WITH WORRY-FREE-PUPS.

PRICING…..
Our puppies are £2200. This reflects the health testing,the care we put into every stage,and the calm,structured start our puppies receive here at home.
A £500 holding fee is only taken once the puppys are born safely. You have joined the waiting list and feel completely confident moving forward.

WHAT GOES INTO RAISING A PUPPY
Puppies dont appear perfect by magic. Behind every healthy,confident little pup is months of preparation-the careful mating, the supplements,the scans,the nutrition,the birth,and the sleepless nights making sure everyone is safe.
It’s the science,the nurturing beside mum,the constant checks,the vet care,the weaning,and the round-the-clock attention.
It’s dedicated love,time and responsibility-all so you receive a puppy who has had the very best start in life. It is our joy to hand over a puppy to a family, knowing it’s a perfect match.
WAITING LIST
Puppies are choosen in waiting list order. We choose at 5 weeks as by this time coats are clearer, Colours are settled and personalities along with temperaments have started to shine. You will see weekly photos and videos from birth, and a group video too so by the time 5 weeks arrives you already have a strong sense of which puppy you are drawn too.
EXTRA TIME,NO EXTRA COST….
Should you need a little extra time before bringing your puppy home, we are able to keep them here with us at no additional cost.
Instead of a fee, we invite families to make a small donation to a dog charity of their choice-a gentle way to support dogs in need while your puppy enjoys a safe, familiar environment.
